Skating: Gibraltar competition a success
Despite all the controversy surrounding the Skate Park the association and its members put on an extremely successful competition. The recent competition saw a number of local and spanish skaters
The fantastic turnout of competitors was complimented by a number of extreme sports fans that cheered on all the different disciplines on show.
Highlights of the competition - especially in the skateboarding discipline - were the performances of Jordan Corby, David Clarke and Jamie Roberts. Other notable skaters include, Joe Hammond, Robin Batchelor and Jason Santos.
With further competitions being arranged for the near future fans of the sport are highly anticipating an even better show.
