Netball: 2006-2007 season gets underway tonight

The continued success and development of netball in Gibraltar has resulted in the need for the creation of thee divisions, such has been the increase in popularity of the sport.

The ladies organising netball in Gibraltar have been extremely well organised and more importantly enthusiastic about their sport. They are true ambassadors for sport in Gibraltar and show that with some good organisation and sporting ideals a sport , which had previously not had as much popularity outside of the military personnel can be truly successful .

The first round of fixtures will be played tonight at the St Anne's sports hall:
