Ranking event No 2-07 took place on Saturday the 10th January at Megabowl La Canada in Marbella. A total of 22 players took part in what has now become a regular monthly event. We always welcome new faces.On the day the Overall winner in the Men's section was Graham Coles scoring 1124 an average of 187.33.This was closely followed by Charlie De La Rosa with 1116 an average of 186 and Tony Galea with 1111 an average of 185.17. Michael Wood (Youth under 23) also scored a 1075 averaging a 179.17. Well played Michael. The highest score of the day was that of Charlie De La Rosa breaking his personal best with a score of 259
In the ladies section Charly Clark continued her come back with a score of 1028 an average of 171.33. Highest score for the ladies was another Youth player Kelly Turnbull with a score of 186. Well done Kelly. The top 2 men and top 2 ladies are now eligible to represent Gibraltar at the forthcoming Mediterranean Challenge Cup to be held at the end of March in Turkey, These are Graham Coles and Charlie De La Rosa for the men and Charly Clark and Julie Jackson for the Ladies.
